Clinical values you enter. The app accepts vital signs, symptoms, and history entered by the user (for example heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, temperature, and level of consciousness). These are used solely to compute a result and to display it back to you.
Processing location. Everything happens on your device. CliniTwin computes early warning scores (MEWS, qSOFA, NEWS2), signature matching, differentials and recommended actions entirely on the phone, using algorithms built into the app. No clinical value you enter is transmitted anywhere — not to A1 Healthcare Management, not to Google, not to any third party. The app works identically in airplane mode, because it never needed a network to begin with.
Retention. A1 Healthcare Management operates no server that receives or stores the values you enter. Analysis results exist in the app's memory for the duration of your session.
CliniTwin is a prototype and is not certified for the handling of protected health information under HIPAA, the UK Data Protection Act, the GDPR, or any equivalent regime. Do not enter identifiable patient information into this app. It is designed to be used with simulated or de-identified cases only.
CliniTwin requests no sensitive Android permissions. It does not access your location, contacts, photos, files, microphone, or camera.
If in-app purchases are offered, they are processed by Google Play and, where applicable, managed through RevenueCat as a subscription-management provider. Payment card details are handled entirely by Google Play and are never seen by, or transmitted to, A1 Healthcare Management. Purchase records may include an anonymous app-generated identifier and the Google Play purchase token, used solely to determine whether your purchase is active. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
CliniTwin is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
The strongest safeguard here is architectural rather than procedural: the app has no network code, no accounts, and no server behind it. Data that is never transmitted cannot be intercepted, and data we never receive cannot be breached. This is a deliberate design choice, not an omission.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you. Because CliniTwin holds no account and stores no personal information on our servers, in practice there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or erase. If you believe we hold information about you, write to support@a1healthcaremgmt.net and we will respond within 30 days.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
